Realize that we are not the energizer bunny, we cannot keep doing and going and going. There is a limit.
Here are symptoms that might manifest when we ar close to our limits:
- Irritability: Things that normally wouldn’t bother us put us over the edge.
- Restlessness: During waking hours we might be aware of a vague sense that something is not quite right.
- Compulsive overworking : workaholism is an obsessive-compulsive desorder.
